Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate patient care and assistance with daily living activities in a Med-Surg unit.
Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care, maintaining accurate patient documentation, and monitoring patient progress.
Utilize the Epic EMR system to input, update, and retrieve patient information accurately.
Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Washington.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a Medical-Surgical unit, preferably in an acute care hospital setting.
- BLS - CPR (AHA only)
- Vaccine or Titers (MMR, Varicella, & Hep B)
- TDAP vaccine (booster every 10yrs)
- COVID-19 Vaccine - Required - Medical/Religious exemption/declination allowed
- Flu Vaccine
- Proficiency in using Epic EMR system.
- Strong communication skills, compassion, and attention to detail.
