Job Description : Job Description Clinical Director, BCBA ( Marietta, GA) (Sign-On and Relocation $5k ) (Sign-On and Relocation $5k ) Position Type : Full-Time Shifts - Days Location : Marietta, GA Facility : Outpatient Setting Roles and Responsibilities :

• It includes ensuring the treatment plans developed by our BCBA team are aligned with best practice standards and tailored to meet each client's individual needs.
• Conducting tours for prospective client families, providing them with an overview of our services. In addition, coach fellow BCBAs, helping them enhance their skills in areas such as addressing specific learning objectives and becoming more effective leaders.
• Collaboration with parents and caregivers is another key aspect of the role, ensuring that client progress is sustained over the long term. We are responsible for fostering the development of our team members, guiding them as they grow in their roles.
• Lastly, ABA methods, such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT), and oversee their integration into our practices, with mentorship from our Clinical Excellence team.
