Job Summary
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care. This leadership role supports unit operations, directs nursing care, and promotes teamwork to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient admissions and discharges for efficient workflow.
- Monitor and assess the quality of patient care services.
- Comfortable leading the unit overnight, managing staffing needs, delivering babies, and scrubbing in OR when needed
- RN License (Active or Eligible)
- Two or more years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Previous leadership experience in Women's, L&D, NICU, or Mother-Baby units
- ACLS (within one year), BLS (within 30 days)
