Job Description (JD)
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential care and support to patients under the supervision of nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
- Helping with patient mobility, repositioning, and transfers while ensuring safety.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.
- Communicating effectively with nurses, patients, and their families.
- Adhering to all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Active CNA certification in the state of assignment.
- Minimum one year of recent CNA experience (preferred).
- Availability to work night shifts as scheduled.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
