Job Summary
CPO coordinates clinical activities that support policies, goals, and objectives established and approved by the CEO. The CPO shall supervise all aspects of patient care services provided by the client and its affiliates including laboratory and materials management. The CPO is responsible for implementing, reviewing, and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, clinician workflow planning, chart review, and clinician scheduling.

Education
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Oversees all stages of design, fabrication, fitting, and maintenance of orthotic/prosthetic devices related to patients' needs, as indicated by a physician.
- Assists physicians with the evaluation and analysis of the patient's need for orthotic/prosthetic services.
- Ensures proper patient management is consistent with established practices for orthotic/prosthetic care. Identifies and reconciles issues/problems to ensure patient satisfaction with the devices provided.
- Ensures the highest standards of patient care are provided to all patients, including but not limited to adequate follow-up with patients and physicians.
- Recommends treatment options to physicians, when necessary.
