Job Description : Job Description Director of Surgical Services Job Type : Full-Time (36 hours / Week)Shifts : 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PMHealthcare Setting : Hospital Primary Responsibilities : Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and other senior leadership to ensure efficient department operations. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for the operating room. Manage inventory, equipment, and supply chain coordination for surgical services. Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, and department performance reviews. Foster strong interdisciplinary relationships between surgical services, medical staff, and administration. Conduct executive patient safety rounds and facilitate continuous quality improvement. Qualifications : Bachelor / Master of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a related field. Three to four years of experience in surgical services. Prior management experience in a hospital setting. licensure in Idaho or willing to get. Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification or eligibility.
