Family Nurse Practitioner - Eugene OR
Job Type : Full-time
Shifts : 36 hours
Job Description : This role involves providing care for acute care visits rather than primary care caseloads, developing and administering treatment plans for walk-in patients, and participating in clinical care coordination and case management with the integrated care team.
Qualifications :
- Valid and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license with prescriptive privileges.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an independent practitioner in an acute care or walk-in clinic setting.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
