About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and evaluate patients' overall health status.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, infections, and injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Oregon state License as Family Nurse Practitioner.
