Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Keller, TX.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to work as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical history reviews, to accurately diagnose and manage various health concerns.
- Design and Implement Treatment Plans: Develop customized treatment plans incorporating services such as IV Therapy, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Medical Weight Loss (e.g., Tirzepatide), and more.
- Educate Patients: Clearly communicate care plans, lifestyle changes, and wellness strategies to help patients achieve optimal health.
- Utilize Advanced Diagnostic Tools: Order and interpret diagnostic tools, including EKG, ABI, TM Flow, and Spirometry, to inform patient care decisions.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, nurses, and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document patient information in eClinicalWorks (eCW) while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in functional and preventative medicine.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Certification as NP-C.
- Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Familiarity with IV Therapy, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Medical Weight Loss treatments.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in using eClinicalWorks (eCW) or willingness to learn.
