Inpatient Rehab RN - Panama City, FL( Sign on upto 15k & Relocation)
Shifts Available :
Days (Rotating Weekends)
Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Responsibilities :
Collect comprehensive health data pertinent to the patient's condition.
Act as a patient advocate within the interdisciplinary team.
Analyze assessment data to determine appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Identify expected outcomes and create individualized care plans for each patient.
Educate patients and their families about their medications, procedures, and treatments.
Promote patient safety and ensure effective use of time, supplies, and equipment.
Support patients through their recovery journey, providing both emotional and physical support
Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year of recent Rehab RN experience required.
Current RN licensure in Florida, or ability to obtain prior to start.
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse) required.
