Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physician Full-Time
We are seeking a dedicated physician to provide high-quality medical care to patients in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and acute patient evaluations in skilled nursing and assisted living settings, developing comprehensive treatment plans for chronic and acute conditions.
Collaborate with facility staff, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, ensuring optimal health outcomes for residents.
Provide education and guidance to patients and families on treatment options and disease management, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and maintaining accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
Ensure compliance with facility regulations and adapt to various facility settings, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements include a medical degree from an accredited institution, board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics, and an active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
A preference is given to candidates with experience in geriatrics, post-acute, or skilled nursing care, offering flexibility in scheduling and mileage reimbursement for travel between facilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $210,000 with performance-based bonuses, including opportunities for additional monthly income as a Medical Director.

A 401(k) retirement plan with employer match is available, along with immediate hiring and onboarding within 1-2 weeks.
Additional Details:
This position offers flexible scheduling, with on-call responsibilities limited to daytime coverage one weekend per month.
