Lead Social Worker (LCSW)- Boston, MA
Job type : Full- time / Permanent
Job shift : Mon-Fri (Days)
Role and responsibilities :
Review and approve treatment plans; Ensure program implementation of treatment plans; review treatment plans regularly to ensure residents are on track.
Ensure CANS assessments are completed within 30 days of intake and upon discharge
Ensure discharge plans are completed within 2 weeks of discharge.
Assist with the development and delivery of staff training toward the implementation of a solid, clinical treatment program; create and conduct training for staff monthly and as needed.
Requirements :
Master's degree in a related field
LCSW license to practice in MA
Minimum 5-7 years of supervisory experience
Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle
