Job Description :
Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy for clients.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Comply with practice standards for intake assessments and documentation of notes, care plans, and consulting.
- Collaborate with clinical director as appropriate.
- Maintain contact with family members and referral sources according to practice standards.
- Maintain healthy communication with all Therapist Team members, Admin Team members and Intern Therapists.
- Participate in monthly clinical consult meetings.
