Weekly Pay
- Gross Pay: $1750/week
- Taxable: $512/week
- Non-Taxable: $1238/week
- Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Shifts/Week: 5x8-hour shifts
- Meal Break: 30 minutes
- Deliver compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders
- Accurately document care in the medical record
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Active LPN/LVN license in WA (or compact license) - Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience - Preferred
- BLS certification (AHA preferred) - Required
- Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia patients - Preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
