We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 7-week contract in Bluefield, VA. The role involves providing patient care under the direction of registered nurses and doctors, assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications, and ensuring patients receive high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, ensuring comfort and safety
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Administer medications as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs
Qualifications:
Active LPN license
Clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Additional Info:
Overtime after 40 hours
Guaranteed 36 hours per week
