Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health, update records, and report changes in condition
- Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical duties
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Active LPN license in NM (or compact state)
- Minimum 1-2 years of LPN experience preferred
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
