Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) play a crucial role in delivering quality care that leads to positive patient outcomes and satisfaction. Working within the State Nurse Practice Act, an LPN:

• Assists with nursing assessments and care planning.

• Provides hands-on patient care with compassion and precision.

• Supervises unlicensed staff, ensuring excellence in care at every step.

• Active LPN license in good standing

• BLS certification

• Verification of a tuberculin skin test (TST) as required by state law or company policy (onsite testing available if needed)

• Compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards, including:

  • Compliance and Ethics Program

  • Standard/Code of Conduct

  • Federal False Claims Act

  • HIPAA regulations

• Promptly reporting concerns or suspected non-compliance to a supervisor, Compliance Liaison, or Compliance Officer via the Integrity Hotline

• Participation in monitoring, audits, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives
