Requirements:Active LPN license in good standing
BLS certification
Verification of a tuberculin skin test (TST) as required by state law or company policy (onsite testing available if needed)
Compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards, including:
Compliance and Ethics Program
Standard/Code of Conduct
Federal False Claims Act
HIPAA regulations
Promptly reporting concerns or suspected non-compliance to a supervisor, Compliance Liaison, or Compliance Officer via the Integrity Hotline
Participation in monitoring, audits, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives
