Job Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will play a key role in providing quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team. Your responsibilities include:
✔ Delivering direct patient care under the supervision of an RN.
✔ Assisting with nursing assessments and implementing care plans.
✔ Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure personalised care.
✔ Administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
✔ Providing compassionate support and ensuring patient comfort.

Qualifications
✔ Active LPN license in good standing.
✔ BLS certification (American Heart Association).

✔ Compliance with HIPAA, False Claims Act, and other regulatory standards.
✔ Participation in quality assurance and process improvement efforts.
