Job Title: LPN / LVN Long Term Care Travel Assignment
Location: Mount Olive, North Carolina
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, for 10 weeks
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a travel healthcare professional in a long-term care setting.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents in a long-term care facility
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, perform vital signs, and provide wound care
- Monitor and document resident progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices
