Shifts : Days
Job Summary :
Care plan resident needs as assessed by the care team.
Coordinate and oversee all areas of the MDS assessment process to ensure compliance with all federal and state requirements.
Participates in the management of resident care
Demonstrates appropriate and safe work practices and behaviors.
Explaining and interpreting resident care for assigned shift issues to families, residents, and staff.
Identify changes in resident's status and intervene based on nursing knowledge, judgment, and MD orders.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Two years of experience in MDS Coding.
RNAC Certification preferred.
Strong clinical, leadership, and management skills; good interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships; high level of initiative and creative problem-solving ability.
Two years of recent clinical experience in a health care setting, geriatric setting preferred, one year of supervisory or management experience.
An active RN License within the state of Florida.
