Job Title : Clinical Coordinator - Roanoke, VA
Shift : Monday to Friday (8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm) Depending on the business requirements
Responsibilities :
Initiate, conduct, assign, and follow up on all investigations of client abuse, neglect, and / or exploitation
Promotes the company at conferences, provider fairs, and other venues.
Attend and lead all required meetings, including but not limited to, staff meetings, house meetings, and in-services and meet with clients monthly
Conduct, screenings, admissions, referrals, and assessments
Approve and monitor Client Service Plans
Write annual and quarterly reports
Conduct pre-service and in-service training, as needed
Perform shift work during staffing shortages
Qualifications :
Minimum Master's Degree in Human Services Field with a minimum of one (1) year of work experience in working with persons with a Mental Illness, Substance Use Diagnosis, or developmental disability.
LPC, LPC-Eligible, LCSW, LCSW-Eligible
Have a valid Virginia driver's license and current DMV driving record
Must have the ability to lift to 50 pounds and be able to stoop, bend, and stand.
