Mobile Nurse Practitioner (Wound Care) - Richmond, VA

Job Type : Full-Time

Shifts : Monday - Friday (Daytime Hours)

Job Description : We are seeking experienced Mobile Nurse Practitioners specializing in Wound Care to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role requires traveling approximately 20-35 miles per day to provide quality care to patients in their homes and other care settings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments and monitor the progress of patients' wounds
• Clean, dress, and bandage wounds to promote healing
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care practices and prevention
• Write medical orders to aid in the wound-healing process
• Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Advocate for patient needs and ensure optimal care delivery
• Serve as a wellness educator, promoting overall health and prevention
