Non-Clinical - Food and Nutrition Services - Dishwasher

Shift: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Location: Huntley, IL
Requirements:

• 1 year experience (food service, sanitation, or custodial)

• High School diploma/GED

• 1 professional reference (within 2 years)

• Must complete required vaccinations & lab tests

• MMR, Varicella, Hep B, TDAP, TB, Covid & Flu vaccines required (declinations reviewed case-by-case)

• 1-year separation period (former employees considered case-by-case)

Facility Details:

• Float Pool: Huntley, Woodstock, McHenry, Lake Forest (No floating once confirmed)

• No formal orientation; trained on first shift

• Shifts: 8 or 4 hours (between 5:30 AM - 9 PM)

• Dress Code: Black pants, black non-slip shoes, black polo

• May float between facility kitchens

Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, organize dishware/cookware

• Remove garbage/trash, clean dumpsters/cans

• Sweep, mop floors

• Use/dispose of cleaning chemicals properly

• Deep clean heavy cooking equipment
