Job Summary :
- Assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
- Oversees education programs and staff development by providing mentorship, professional support, and professional development.
- Establishes and conducts New Hire Orientation (NHO) and continuing training programs according to PACE regulatory requirements and staff scope of practice in preparation for their assigned roles.
- Assist staff, as needed, to determine areas requiring immediate remediation and resolve inconsistencies.
- Participates in the redesign of the PACE Educational and Staff Development program to streamline resources and training efficiencies.
