Job Description
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Provide education on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and stress management
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in NJ
- Certification in a relevant specialty (Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner) plus experience in aesthetic medicine ( injectables, bio-identical hormone replacement, micro-needling, etc)
- Experience in functional medicine or Integrated Medicine
- Valid state Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in the state of NJ
- Extensive knowledge of holistic nursing, integrative health medicine, and mind / body wellbeing.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and provide personalized care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture
Schedule
1 Saturday a month
Monday : 9 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM
Tuesday : 9 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM
Wednesday : 11 : 30 AM - 7 : 30 PM
Friday : 9 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM
Saturday : 9 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM, 1 Saturday a month
Thursday & Sunday : Closed
