Nursing Manager-Thousand Oaks, CA

Shift : Monday to Friday

Type : Full-Time / Permanent

Job Description :

The Nursing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical and administrative teams.

This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, adherence to regulatory standards, and efficient business operations.

The qualified candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management and nursing practices.

Requirements : Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Healthcare management or general management experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in surgical settings is strongly preferred.

    • Certifications :

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • BLS certification.
