Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our private practice office setting. This full-time position involves direct patient care, including gathering detailed history and performing physical exams.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Nursing with an active and unrestricted Texas license, as well as prescriptive authority privileges through the State of Texas and DEA eligibility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of the physician
- Perform and order tests, interpreting results as needed
- Administer therapeutic procedures as directed by the physician
- Maintain charts and records on patients within EMR (eClinical Works)
- Evaluate interventional pain procedures and other modalities for optimal patient outcomes
Work Environment:
This role involves working 4 days per week, with minimal to no call, no travel, and a standard day shift schedule.
