Schedule : 8-hour Day Shift
Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist in Charge to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure safe and effective pharmaceutical care to patients.
Key Duties :
Provide medication therapy management, drug reviews, and patient counseling.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
Oversee medication preparation, dispensing, and labeling.
Monitor medication efficacy, safety, and adherence to guidelines.
Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of medications.
Supervise pharmacy staff and support professional development.
Maintain accurate pharmacy records.
Requirements :
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Active pharmacist license in Oklahoma.
3 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
Proficiency in aseptic technique for sterile compounding.
Excellent communication skills.
