Job Description :
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced physical therapists to support treatment plans, guide patients through their rehabilitation, and help them regain function, mobility, and overall wellness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Assist Physical Therapists in executing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.
Instruct and guide patients through exercises, therapeutic activities, and stretches to maximize their treatment outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising Physical Therapist to ensure optimal adjustments in care.
Ensure patient safety by observing and assisting during exercises, using equipment properly, and adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain a high standard of care in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while keeping the patient's well-being as the top priority.
Contribute to a team environment, working alongside other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive, patient-centered care
Qualification / Experience :
New Grads are accepted
Physical Therapist Assistant License is required
Experience in physical medicine, rehabilitation, or similar fields is a plus.
