Physical Therapist- PT Home Health, Boynton Beach, FL- Local or Travel
13 weeks.
M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week.
On call info: On call required if requested, 1 weekend/month
Travel Area: Central and/or South Palm Beach County
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours
Productivity Units: 30 units
Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required; Ortho, Alzheimers, Parkinson's, Cardiac
South and or Central Palm Beach County. 1 weekend per month rotation. No other on call needs. Will have full caseload productivity either in the south or central part of the county during this timeframe to include all visit types.
Skills
Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required.
Proof of current CPR certification - Required.
Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
Previous Home Care Experience - Preferred.
HCHB EMR preferred
Education
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
