M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week.
This position will require coverage for the entire Vernon branch.
Will supervise up to 3 PTAs.
Home health required
HCHB highly desired

30 units per week
No on call or weekends

Skills
Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required.
Proof of current CPR certification - Required.
Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
Previous Home Care Experience - Preferred.
HCHB EMR preferred
Education
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
