Summary:
Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing, and administering physical agent modalities and procedures as prescribed by referring provider to restore function and prevent disability.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current in required CEUs.
Currently licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota, as certified by the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
