Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner - Competitive Salary
Location: Springhill, LA
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Shifts: 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM (32 hours / 4 days per week)
We are seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and obtain medical histories.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, infections, and injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-based practice.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Nursing, an active FNP license in LA (or be willing to obtain), an active DEA license, BLS / CPR Certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP.
