Facility Type: Nursing and Rehab
Job Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 35/week
Local pay: $62/hr
Job Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a critical role in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities include:
✔ Evaluating patients' physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans.
✔ Implementing therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques to restore movement and function.
✔ Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to establish and monitor care goals.
✔ Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
✔ Educating patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to maintain improvements.

Qualifications
✔ Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
✔ BLS certification (American Heart Association).
✔ Tuberculin skin test (TST) verification per state/company policy (administered onsite if needed).
✔ Experience In Rehabilitative Or Geriatric Care Is Preferred.
✔ Compliance with HIPAA, False Claims Act, and other regulatory requirements.
✔ Participation in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
