Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily case management operations
- Support and supervise staff, manage scheduling, ensure balanced caseloads
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and payers for smooth transitions of care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reimbursement guidelines Qualifications:
- BSN required (MSN preferred)
- Current California RN license
- Minimum 5 years in acute care case management or nursing leadership
- Familiarity with Interqual, M&R, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and managed care plans
