Position Title : RN - Manager - Med / Surg - Panama City, FL
Job type : Full time
Shifts : Night
Job Summary :
Provide leadership for planning, management, implementation, integration, and coordination of the unit in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability. Support the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care through activities based on facility strategic goals and objectives.
Requirements :
Recent acute care RN leadership experience with at least 2-3 years of Supervisor / Manager level experience.
Open to any adult inpatient experience from an acute hospital setting.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) license.
