Job Summary
- Assure the optimum clinical care for residents through careful planning and effective interpersonal development. This includes self-med resident reviews for Personal Care and Wing 4.
- Develop methods for coordination of nursing services with other resident services to ensure the
- continuity of the residents' total regimen of care. Responsible for updating assignment sheets for
- Personal Care and (wing 4 if applicable).
- Provide status reports to the Resident Care Coordinator on assisted living residents.
- Responsible for assuring accurate recording of medications and narcotics according to procedure.
- Responsible for direct handling of emergency situations.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct conferences with resident and/or family members as necessary.
