Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Children's Mental Health Division - CFTSS Program to ensure quality service delivery.
- Lead the hiring process by screening and interviewing candidates to build a strong, passionate team that supports children's mental health.
- Oversee assignments and service capacity to ensure children and families receive the mental health services they need.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team.
- Track and monitor all data/information required by the state.
- Assist with state reports and audits.
- Monitor data, ensure compliance with state regulations, and work closely with external entities.
- Attend state meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve access to care.
- Carry a small caseload.
- Master's Degree and Licensure required (LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, or LMHC)
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Services.
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & electronic health records.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record required.
