Job Post Description

• Location: Hillcrest Commons (floating position)

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (01/06/25 to 04/05/25)

• Shift: Day shift (1)

• Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Meal Break: 30 minutes

• Class: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to patients of varying age groups and medical conditions.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care and patient progress.

  • Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes using the facility's electronic medical record system.

  • Adapt therapies based on patient needs and ensure best practices are followed.

  • Float between departments to assist with a variety of speech therapy needs.

• Qualifications:

  • Current SLP licensure and certification required.

  • Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay Information

• Non-Taxable Pay: $1,554 Weekly

• Taxable Pay: $1,200 Weekly

• Total Pay: $2,754 Weekly
