Job Title : Staff Pharmacist
Location : Mena, AR
Shifts : 4
10 hr shifts OR 5
8 hr shifts (Some Saturdays)
Responsibilities :
Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy.
Provide patient counselling on medication usage (Rx and OTC), potential side effects, and drug interactions.
Administer immunizations as required and educate patients about vaccines.
Conduct medication therapy management (Outcomes) and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed and ensure proper documentation for regulatory compliance.
Requirements :
PharmD or equivalent and state license
Background check and drug test (THC included)
