Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective management of patient care and treatment programs.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for patients.
- Lead and supervise clinic staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Manage patient caseload, treating patients as needed, and ensuring quality outcomes.
- Maintain and improve clinic operations, patient satisfaction, and clinical productivity.
- Build and foster relationships with local marketing and referral partners to help drive patient volume.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of patient care and progress.
- Stay current on the latest physical therapy practices and techniques to continuously improve clinic services.
- Active Physical Therapy License in California.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in physical therapy (Clinic Director experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy or related field is preferred.
- Marketing and referral relationships experience a plus.
- Comfortable working in an outpatient setting.
