Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a 14-week contract assignment in St. Albans, VT. In this role, you will provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the overall care plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor patients' health status and document progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to develop care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Vermont
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to varying patient needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
