Requirements:
- Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
- 1–2 years of recent ER and Med Surg experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment and multitasking skills
- EMR charting experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments per protocols
- Respond quickly to emergencies and provide critical care
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
