IT Project Manager

Note that this position will have a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office at our Corporate office in Indianapolis and 2 days remote.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and organized Mid-Level IT Project Manager to join our team. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across various departments. The ideal candidate has experience managing IT projects, coordinating teams, and delivering solutions that meet both technical and business requirements. They will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budget, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Execution : Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Team Coordination : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, business analysts and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met. Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication : Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing status updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Budget & Resource Management : Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure projects are delivered within defined timeframes and budget constraints.
• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on delivery.
• Scope & Change Management : Manage project scope and handle requests for change, ensuring they are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Post-project evaluations : Identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
