Note that this role will be onsite at our corporate headquarters in Indianapolis with a hybrid schedule of three days in-office.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis and design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Experience with supply chain software and tools
- Project management experience
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes
- Design and implement efficient and effective supply chain solutions for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction with solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our solutions
