Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
This is a PART-TIME, temp-to-perm position.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-2:00p
Pay: starting pay is $11.00/hr with possible increase based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide clerical support including filing and supporting team members in various administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Work with Excel and Word is preferred. Will train.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred, but not required
- MUST have reliable transportation.
