Responsibilities
As a Director, Marketing at Proud Moments ABA, you'll be challanged to realize your full potential:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, client intake, and retention.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.
- Customer Engagement & Communication: Craft compelling messaging that resonates with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Manage digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, website content) and traditional marketing (print, events, community outreach).
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends, client demographics, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Public Relations & Partnerships: Develop relationships with media, healthcare organizations, and community partners to enhance visibility.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to a Marketing Content & Digital Coordinator. Ensure collaboration and alignment within the marketing team to drive results.
- Travel Requirements: Travel an average of 20% of the time visiting company centers and represent the organization at ABA conferences and industry events as an exhibitor, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
As an ideal Director, Marketing candidate, you bring to Proud Moments ABA:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing and communications, preferably for a healthcare services company.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team, including content creation, digital marketing, and team development.
- Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Birdeye, LeadSquared).
