Senior Engineering Manager
Summary:
We provide full civil engineering services including civil/site, transportation, traffic, road, bridge, drainage, water, sewer, recreational trails, structural, and construction services. We work collaboratively with federal, state, and local governments as well as individual communities and private enterprises to help plan and shape our future infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise the construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects
- Lead and manage a team of engineers
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive innovation and improve efficiency
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the engineering team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- PE License
- Proven experience in civil engineering or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in engineering
