The Day Porter will report to the Day Time Supervisor.

Responsibilities and Duties:
· Maintain the general cleanliness of the assigned location
· Execute scheduled cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and general areas
· Maintain supplies in bathrooms and break rooms
· Support laundry services at specific locations
· Sustain back of house supplies
· Communicate stock needs to direct report in a timely manner
· Dust all surfaces
· Vacuum carpets and rugs
· Remove trash and recycling
· Mop tile and other flooring
Requirements
- Must be willing to submit a criminal background check and meet company requirements.
- Must be able to work with building staff and tenants
- Must be able to work unsupervised and have punctual attendance
- Strong communication skills
- Lead with service attitude
- Push or pull up to 20 pounds
- Stand for up to 8 hours
