TITLE: Talent Acquisition Specialist

OVERVIEW
Provantage, a consolidator of leading specialty cleaning services and contractor services providers across Ohio and the mid-Atlantic region, is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its rapidly growing platform of diverse client locations. We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support obtaining and retaining top talent. This individual will be skilled in recruiting with a strategic mindset and superb leadership skills. Excellent abilities in communicating and planning are also essential for this role. The goal for this role is to ensure markets are staffed with the right people in the right place at the right time. A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a lead with service attitude and own the outcome regardless of the result.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
- Collect and analyze data to maintain current statistics for recruiting practices such as time to fill positions, sources of successful candidates, etc.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the open roles, and the needs of the organization.
- Screens applications and recommends qualified candidates.
- Assists with the interview process, many attend and conduct interviews.
- Communicate effectively with managers and supervisors at all levels of within the company.
- Oversee high-volume work efficiently.
- Build successful internal relationships.
- Deal with ambiguity in day-to-day process.
- Ability to assess situations and change direction based on priorities.
- Support a vast range of profiles and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Develop creative hiring strategies with a focus on building the brand.
- Work with applicant tracking systems.
- Focus on building solid commitment of continuous brand improvement.

- Bilingual preferred: Spanish/English
